Zanzibar Pasta Recipe

This recipe is quick to make, does not need too many ingredients and can be served with bread or salad.

250 g raw pasta – used Lasagna strips and broke into small pieces and boil till cooked.

Shallow fry in a little butter chopped up onions, fresh chillies (depending how hot you like it), garlic and bacon pieces.

Once all cooked add the rinsed cooked pasta to the pan and stir.

Add a little feta cheese on top and season with salt and ground pepper.

Delicious!! And non fattening.
